Please email email@example.com with the subject ‘RETURN & EXCHANGE’ before you send your item back, stating your invoice number and the reason for return/ exchange.
Kindly note, the return postage cost is to be borne by the customer, and any issues during return postage, is not the responsibility of Urbiana. We strongly recommend returns to be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service. In case of exchange, the shipping for the new product is to be borne by the customer as well.
At Urbiana we do everything within our power to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, and checked by our grading team.
However, sometimes we do come across some bespoke handmade pieces that have slight defects but our experienced team feel the piece is still unique enough to upload and offer to you as our customer. In extremely rare circumstances the collection may miss some small marks so please be aware of this when buying from our collection.
